Warranty

In the event that a part is defective, we will send it to you free of charge provided that the product has been installed and used under normal conditions. Replacement parts can be obtained by contacting Akuaplus customer service directly. Proof of purchase (original purchase receipt) from the consumer who purchased the product must accompany all warranty claims. Products are guaranteed under normal use and this warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Any warranty is invalid if the product has been used in a manner not recommended or if it has been subject to negligence.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
