What will occupy your day:
- Warmly welcome customers in the showroom and understand their needs;
- Passionately propose different alternatives that meet customer needs;
- Prepare bids;
- Do the required follow-ups with customers;
- Develop relationships with suppliers and partners;
- Be constantly on the lookout for new trends and improve your product knowledge;
- Perform other related duties.
You have the following qualifications and profile:
- Excellent aptitude with customer service;
- Communicate professionally;
- Bilingualism (English and French) essential;
- Time and priority management;
- Meticulous and concerned about his work;
- Ease of working in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Be proactive;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting sales, design or plumbing (an asset);
- Excellent command of the Office suite and an ability to learn new computer systems;
- Completed DES and/or DEP in sales consulting or any other relevant training (an asset).
