Your Role:
You’ll be the first drop from the faucet – the smiling face that welcomes every customer!
Warmly welcome customers at the front desk with professionalism
Clearly explain invoices and the next steps of their orders (even when they’re frowning!)
Process payments smoothly and accurately
Guide customers to the right team members for their needs
Use our computer systems like a pro (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
Other related tasks as needed
You Are:
Friendly and naturally service-oriented
Organized – even when things are overflowing a bit
Comfortable with technology – POS, billing systems, databases, etc.
Calm under pressure – even when the customer flow speeds up
