We offer pickup only at our Mascouche branch, from Tuesday to Saturday, depending on opening hours.
How to do?
Select in-store pickup at the delivery stage when placing your order.
We will contact you within 48 hours by email or telephone to inform you of the availability of your products and possible delays.
We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery by parcel
Shipping cost
Parcel delivery is offered free of charge for orders of $300 or more including only items eligible for this service.
For orders under $300, fees will be calculated at the cart stage before finalizing your purchase.
Which products are eligible for parcel delivery?
- Faucets (except shower columns)
- The accessories
- The decoration (with the exception of certain mirrors)
- Lighting fixtures
- Cleaning products
- Niches (with the exception of certain sizes)
Delivery delay
Once your order is processed and your items are available in our warehouse, our carrier generally delivers within 2 to 4 days*.

Delivery is limited to a radius of 200 km from our Mascouche branch, as well as to Quebec City and Gatineau.
