To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Parts Counter Clerk for our Liquidation Plomberie Mascouche service location.
You are energetic, resourceful, and able to answer even the most complex customer questions while remaining calm and professional.
Permanent, full-time position (5 days per week)
Day schedule, Tuesday to Saturday (mandatory)
Salary increase after 3 months of service and annually

Greet and assist customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
Properly answer questions from customers and sales consultants
Analyze and authorize return requests according to company policies
Follow up with customers regarding their orders
Process transactions through the point-of-sale system
Perform parts inventory counts
Carry out any other related tasks
