Warranty

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders of $300 or more. As soon as your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. You can find more details about our delivery process on this page. Additionally, our customer service team is at your disposal for any questions, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. To maintain the beauty of your product, daily cleaning is recommended with a non-abrasive cleaner and warm water, followed by a rinse with clean water. Use a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Always clean with circular motions applying light pressure on the surface of the sink.

Zomodo's Limited Lifetime Warranty: Stainless steel sinks and accessories (strainers, drainers) are guaranteed for the original purchaser as long as they own their home. Faucets are guaranteed against leaks and defects under normal household use. Normal wear and tear and improper maintenance are not covered. Consult the maintenance recommendations on Zomodo's website to maintain the warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
