BATH AND SHOWER DOOR HARDWARE WARRANTY

Taymor is pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original consumer purchaser from the date of purchase, as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the product(s) are installed.

This warranty excludes products that have been damaged through misuse, accidental damage, alteration, normal wear and tear, or by the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This warranty applies to products installed in a residential setting. Purchasers for industrial, commercial and business usage are covered by a 5 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Taymor recommends using a certified plumber for installation and repair.

Taymor is not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation nor incidental or consequential damages. At the company’s discretion, Taymor will replace any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs or any other cost associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the product(s). The original sales receipt must be supplied to Taymor for all warranty claims. Taymor reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.

Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions above. The terms and conditions of this Policy are subject to change without notice.
