American Standard Bathtub Limited Warranty

American Standard warrants to the original residential purchaser that its bathtubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage depends on the model:

Premium acrylic bathtubs are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner.

Americast tubs and certain other enameled surfaces are covered for up to 10 years from the date of purchase.

Certain components and accessories may have specific warranty periods, indicated for each product.

Limitations and exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, or commercial/abusive use.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

American Standard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty is designed to provide maximum protection while ensuring safe and long-lasting use of your bathtub.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.
