To keep your product shining, regular maintenance is key. Clean it with a mild soap and warm water, then dry it to avoid any mineral deposit stains. For routine cleaning, opt for a non-abrasive sponge and a gentle cleanser. In case of limescale deposits, a solution of warm water and vinegar will do the trick; remember to rinse afterward. Definitely avoid steel wool pads, pure bleach, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals, and do not leave metal objects or wet sponges in the sink to preserve its impeccable finish.

The duration of the warranty is 2 years from the invoice or receipt date of the purchase or, it applicable, the delivery not if its date were after of the aforementioned documents. If the product was a display or demonstration model for the retailer the warranty will only be applicable for one year.

SIMAS guarantees its products and components against any manufacturing defect, provided that they have been correctly installed (in compliance with the standard in force and the instructions indicated for their assembly, maintenance and conservation) and that they have been used correctly and as their design intended.

The following is excluded from this WARRANTY:

-Damage resulting from transport.
-Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed by staff not authorized by SIMAS, as well as damage due to natural wear, poor trearment, and use and maintenance which is incorrect, unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to that indicated in the relevant instructions.
-Damage caused by dirt, limescale and other physical, chemical or electrochemical defects.
-Damage, or loss sustained in any natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, electrical storm, etc.
-Damage which, viewed objectively, cannot be attributed to the manufacturer
Consumable articles (rubber elements, gaskets, etc:) are not covered by this warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
