Our RAL color service allows you to customize the exterior of our freestanding bathtubs and basins to coordinate with the rest of your bathroom’s color palette. We offer many unique glossy colors, with a 2-year warranty on the paint.

This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. We are here for you, ready to answer all your questions!

Warranty

Larger or delicate items are delivered through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. A detailed explanation of our delivery process can be found on our Pickup & Delivery page.

We invite you to come and discover our product in store and see it with your own eyes before making a decision.

To preserve the beauty of your product, avoid using abrasive powders, scouring pads, petroleum distillates, and other strong solvents. Clean regularly with a mild dish soap or a specific detergent for acrylics, diluted in water. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area before applying them to the entire surface. For cleaning, use a melamine foam sponge (magic eraser).

25-Year Residential Warranty: ENGLISHCAST™ products are warranted for 25 years for residential use.

Basins & Accessories – 5-Year Warranty: The basin stands and bath accessories are warranted for a period of 5 years.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.


All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
