Maintenance

To preserve the beauty of your product, avoid using abrasive powders, scouring pads, petroleum distillates, and other strong solvents. Clean regularly with a mild dish soap or a specific detergent for acrylics, diluted in water. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area before applying them to the entire surface. For cleaning, use a melamine foam sponge (magic eraser).

Warranty

StoneTouch Bath (“Manufacturer”) warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The duration of this warranty varies depending on the type of application and use. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from an authorized dealer and is not transferable. The original receipt must be available to exercise the warranty. Residential shower bases: 5-year warranty Commercial shower bases: 3-year warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
