Maintenance

To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. Important: Do not use any abrasive, caustic, or acidic cleaners (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always rinse and/or clean the faucets immediately after using any cleaner on adjacent surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets.

Warranty

AS America, Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty on faucet finish and function. This warranty applies only to the original owner and initial installation of these products. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners. The only exception to this non-transferability of the warranty is that if this product is purchased by a plumber, contractor, or other service provider, then this warranty is extended to the original owner in whose name the product was purchased for installation. Before this warranty becomes effective, warranty registration must be completed online or by telephone in accordance with the warranty registration instructions. This warranty applies only to sinks installed in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. A claim under this warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please retain your sales receipt and product identification documents.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
