Typically in stock at our Mascouche branch! However, as these items are among our best sellers, they tend to sell out faster than we can restock. Warranty

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all standard orders of $300 or more. Once your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. You can find more details about our delivery process on our Pickup & Delivery page.

Additionally, our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions from Tuesday to Saturday. Please do not hesitate to reach out, we are here to help!

To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. Important: Do not use any abrasive, caustic, or acidic cleaners (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always clean the faucets systematically after spraying any cleaner on the surrounding surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets. The aluminum filters should be cleaned every 30 hours of use, either by hand or in the dishwasher, with a degreasing detergent if necessary. Never touch the fan compartment when the hood is in operation for safety reasons.

Important Conditions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover consumable parts (such as filters and light bulbs), normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or inadequate maintenance.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is valid for residential use only. Broan reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

Warranty Service

A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty terms may vary depending on the model.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
