For routine cleaning, opt for a non-abrasive sponge and a gentle cleanser. In case of limescale deposits, a solution of warm water and vinegar will do the trick; remember to rinse afterward. Definitely avoid steel wool pads, pure bleach, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals, and do not leave metal objects or wet sponges in the sink to preserve its impeccable finish.

Duration: The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Coverage: The warranty covers Cheviot plumbing products against material and manufacturing defects.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.
