We are pleased to offer free delivery on all standard orders of $300 or more. Your order will be carefully prepared for delivery as soon as it is complete in our warehouse. To maintain the beauty of your product, daily cleaning is recommended with a non-abrasive cleaner and warm water, followed by a rinse with clean water. Use a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Always clean with circular motions applying light pressure on the surface of the sink.

Limited Warranty for Acrylic Bathtubs and Shower Bases

Duration: 10 years for residential use by the original owner/user.
Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Main Exclusions: Improper installation, negligence, abuse, alterations, chemical or natural corrosion, accidents, fire, flooding, acts of God.
Water-Related Exclusions: Stains or malfunctions caused by hard, iron-rich, or salt water.
Installation: Must be done properly; Nautika® recommends professionals for certain tubs (freestanding, clawfoot).
Liability: Nautika® is not responsible for bodily injury, indirect damages, lost profits, inconvenience, or additional costs.
Transferability: Limited to the original owner/user.
Commercial Use: Warranty is 1 year for commercial applications only.
Warranty for Shower Doors, Fixed Panels, and Bath Screens
Duration: 5 years for material or manufacturing defects; 1 year for broken glass.
Exclusions: Accidents, negligence, improper installation or use, exposure to chemicals or abrasives, water-related stains.
Costs Not Covered: Travel, installation, removal, or transport.

Stainless Steel Sinks

Warranty: Limited lifetime for normal residential use, as long as you own the sink.
Exclusions: Drain assemblies, disposal drops, strainers, and other accessories.
Accessories: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Limits: Does not cover consumable parts, normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
Service: Replacement of defective product at the point of purchase with proof of purchase. Warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser.

Granite Quartz Sinks

Warranty: Limited lifetime for the original owner, normal residential use.
Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.
Exclusions: Accessories (strainers, drain assemblies, etc.), removal and installation costs.
Care: Follow cleaning instructions to maintain original appearance.

Residential Wall Niches

Warranty: 1 year for normal residential use.
Coverage: Material and manufacturing defects.
Service: Inspection may be required before replacement.

Warranty Service Procedure

Contact the retailer or Nautika®.
Provide proof of purchase and installation.
Allow access to the product for inspection.
Nautika® will decide whether to repair or replace the product.
Refusal of repair or replacement ends Nautika®’s warranty obligation.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
