This product is on sale to clear our inventory, but it is still possible to order it at the regular price if necessary. Our in-stock items, available at our Mascouche location, are ready to go until they are gone due to their excellent value! Warranty

We offer a flat rate of $39 for the delivery of our kitchen sinks, shipped via standard parcel. Once your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully packaged and handed over to our carriers.

⚠️ If your cart also contains items classified as “Large Parcel” (such as a shower or bathtub), the applicable large parcel delivery fees will apply, and delivery will be handled by our in-house transport service.

For more information about our delivery process, please visit our Pickup & Delivery page. Our customer service team is also available from Tuesday to Saturday to answer your questions and assist you with your purchase.

To maintain the beauty of your product, daily cleaning is recommended with a non-abrasive cleaner and warm water, followed by a rinse with clean water. Use a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Always clean with circular motions applying light pressure on the surface of the sink.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
