This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, for any questions or clarifications. We are here for you, ready to provide all the assistance you need.

For general maintenance, use a damp cloth and a mild liquid detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scrapers, metal brushes, or any other product that could scratch or dull the surface.

Here are the main provisions of the warranty:

The warranty applies to Fleurco products including shower doors, shower bases, bathtubs, lighted mirrors, LED medicine cabinets, accessories, vanities, solid surface bathtubs, and SEKUR+ film.

The warranty period varies by product type:

Shower doors, shower bases, bathtubs: 10 years

Lighted mirrors, LED medicine cabinets, textured polymarble bases, accessories, vanities, solid surface bathtubs: 5 years

SEKUR+ film: 5 years

For commercial use, the warranty is one year from the original installation date.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, subject to normal use and maintenance.

The original purchaser must ensure the products are free from defects before installation.

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must follow the claim procedure specified by Fleurco.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.

Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions above. The terms and conditions of this Policy are subject to change without notice.
