To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. Important: Do not use any abrasive, caustic, or acidic cleaners (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always clean the faucets systematically after spraying any cleaner on the surrounding surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets. The aluminum filters should be cleaned every 30 hours of use, either by hand or in the dishwasher, with a degreasing detergent if necessary. Never touch the fan compartment when the hood is in operation for safety reasons.

Nautika offers a lifetime limited warranty on all stainless steel sinks in normal residential installations for as long as you own the sink. Waste fittings, waste chutes, strainers, and all accessories that come with the stainless steel sink are not covered by this warranty. All accessories for stainless steel sinks are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for one year. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product at the place of purchase.

Within one year from the date of the original purchase, your retailer will provide free of charge non-consumable replacement parts or components due to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or installation, or accidents. It is non-transferable, limited to the original buyer, and valid only in the country of purchase. Implied warranties are also limited to the duration of the explicit warranty. For service, contact the merchant with product details and proof of purchase.

Nautika also offers a lifetime limited warranty to the original owner of a Nautika sink used under normal domestic conditions. Nautika warrants its Granite Quartz sinks against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Nautika will replace any granite quartz sink sold that is found to be defective after verification and has been used for normal domestic purposes. You are responsible for the costs of disassembly and installation. Sink accessories such as strainers and drain fittings are excluded. Please refer to the cleaning instructions to ensure your sink maintains and retains its original appearance.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
