Warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, for any questions or clarifications. We are here for you, ready to provide all the assistance you need.

To preserve the beauty of your product, opt for gentle cleaning: a non-abrasive liquid cleaner, warm water, and a soft cloth will work wonders. They will easily remove dirt and soap stains. Then rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth for a perfect finish. Simple, quick, and effective for maintaining the luster of your furniture!

Our warranty for residential applications includes a lifetime limited warranty for ceramic cartridges. A five-year warranty is provided for all other types of cartridges, including thermostatic cartridges, diverters, shut-off valves, etc. A lifetime limited warranty is also awarded to polished chrome, electro black, stainless steel, and PVD finishes. All other finishes have a three-year warranty. Electronic faucetry and its components are guaranteed for two years, noting that batteries are not covered by our warranty. Finally, all other Aquabrass products or parts are covered by a five-year warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
