Warranty

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders of $300 or more. As soon as your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. You can find more details about our delivery process on this page. Additionally, our customer service team is at your disposal for any questions, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. For maintaining your shower, avoid abrasive products and sharp tools on metal and glass surfaces. Gentle cleaning with water and a mild detergent will keep your shower looking new. After each use, a squeegee can help keep glass panels clean. Simple and effective!

Here are the main provisions of the warranty:

The warranty applies to Fleurco products including shower doors, shower bases, bathtubs, lighted mirrors, LED medicine cabinets, accessories, vanities, solid surface bathtubs, and SEKUR+ film.

The warranty period varies by product type:

Shower doors, shower bases, bathtubs: 10 years

Lighted mirrors, LED medicine cabinets, textured polymarble bases, accessories, vanities, solid surface bathtubs: 5 years

SEKUR+ film: 5 years

For commercial use, the warranty is one year from the original installation date.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, subject to normal use and maintenance.

The original purchaser must ensure the products are free from defects before installation.

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must follow the claim procedure specified by Fleurco.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
