This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Warranty

Larger or delicate items are delivered through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. A detailed explanation of our delivery process can be found on our Pickup & Delivery page.

For maintaining your shower, avoid abrasive products and sharp tools on metal and glass surfaces. Gentle cleaning with water and a mild detergent will keep your shower looking new. After each use, a squeegee can help keep glass panels clean. Simple and effective!

The warranty covers various products for specific periods. Tanks and faucets have a 1-year warranty. Shower and bathtub surrounds made of polystyrene are guaranteed for 3 years, as are shower sets with polypropylene bases and polystyrene walls.

Shower sets with acrylic bases and walls, as well as acrylic bathtub and shower walls, have a 10-year warranty. For skirted and drop-in bathtubs made of acrylic, the warranty is 5 years, while freestanding acrylic bathtubs are warranted for 10 years.

The warranty for acrylic bases and shower doors is also 10 years. Decorative panels and tiles are also guaranteed for a period of 10 years.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
