We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders of $300 or more. As soon as your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. A limited 5-year warranty is offered on various products, including shower columns and components such as shower bars and accessories like soap holders, hand showers, shower heads, hoses, and connection elbows. This warranty also covers mirrors, including LED-equipped ones, and bathroom furniture like vanities, with a focus on door hinges and drawer slides. Stainless steel niches, shower doors, kitchen faucets with finishes in chrome, matte black PVD, gold PVD, or stainless PVD, and bathroom faucets with finishes in chrome, matte black PVD, brushed nickel PVD, gold PVD, or matte white are also covered. Moreover, toilets, washbasins, and toilet seats are included in this 5-year warranty.

Additionally, a limited lifetime warranty is provided for bathtubs, cartridges, mixers, shut-off valves, stainless steel built-in shower drains, washbasin drains, and stainless steel sinks.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
