To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. Important: Do not use any abrasive, caustic, or acidic cleaners (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always rinse and/or clean the faucets immediately after using any cleaner on adjacent surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets.

Residential products:

We provide the following warranties on all GROHE products to the original purchaser, installed in a residential setting. This warranty applies to all faucets sold after January 1, 1997.


GROHE Sense and Sense Guard: Two (2) year limited warranty.


Parts Warranty:

A limited lifetime warranty is offered to the original purchaser on all mechanical parts against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and for as long as the original purchaser owns their home. Proof of purchase (copy of your original receipt, sales slip, or invoice), the date the product was purchased, and the date of installation are required.


Warranty on faucets, valves and electronic controls:

GROHE warrants its faucets, valves and electronic controls against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for five (5) years from the date of purchase.


General warranty on finishes:

A limited lifetime warranty is offered to the original purchaser on all GROHE products against defects in materials and workmanship.


NON-Authorized Sellers:
GROHE cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers. The GROHE Limited Lifetime Warranty may not be honored for products sold by unauthorized sellers. Please refer to the Where to Buy section of our website.


CARE AND CLEANING TIPS

To do:
• Clean the appliance with a little soap and a damp cloth, then rinse and wipe dry with a cloth. You can prevent limescale build-up by drying the appliance after each use.


Don'ts:
• Do not use sponges or abrasive agents to clean the products
• We also advise against using solvents or acidic cleaners, descaling products, household vinegar and cleaning agents containing acetic acid.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
