Warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. To preserve the beauty of your product, mild soap and water are sufficient. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the shine. Avoid using detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning sprays, as well as abrasive powders and pads that could scratch the seat. Be mindful of chemicals and cosmetics that could also damage the finish.

Bathtubs and showers come with a limited lifetime warranty on the acrylic shell. Options such as chromatherapy accessories and neck cushions have a 5-year warranty. Doors have a 10-year warranty, excluding seals and hardware which are covered for 1 year.

Toilets have a 5-year warranty for the porcelain and internal tank parts, while installation hardware and seats are covered for 1 year. Sinks come with a 1-year warranty.

Drains have a limited lifetime warranty, except for the chrome finish which is covered for 1 year. Finally, for the shower column, the chrome finish has a 3-year warranty and the hand shower a 1-year warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
