Warranty

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders of $300 or more. As soon as your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. To preserve the beauty of your product, mild soap and water are sufficient. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the shine. Avoid using detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning sprays, as well as abrasive powders and pads that could scratch the seat. Be mindful of chemicals and cosmetics that could also damage the finish.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.
