Description

This wall-mounted installation system is ideal when the flush tank is concealed within a solid wall that will be finished with brick, in combination with floor-mounted toilets. The factory preassembled concealed tank is compatible with 2x4 and 2x6 wall structures, with a minimum required wall thickness of 3.1". Designed for discreet in-wall installation, it is compatible with all floor-mounted toilets and offers both an aesthetic and functional solution.

Warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, for any questions or clarifications. We are here for you, ready to provide all the assistance you need.

To preserve the beauty of your product, mild soap and water are sufficient. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the shine. Avoid using detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning sprays, as well as abrasive powders and pads that could scratch the seat. Be mindful of chemicals and cosmetics that could also damage the finish.

WARRANTY PERIOD for OLI products

Concealed cisterns, bidets, washbasins, and urinals – 10 (ten) years

Exposed cisterns – 5 (five) years

Flush mechanisms (float valves and flush mechanisms) – 10 (ten) years

Electronic components, accessories, and wear parts, in particular rubber seals or similar products, push buttons, and flush plates – 2 (two) years

All other products – 2 (two) years

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
