This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, for any questions or clarifications. SIMAS availability

Color availability may vary by product. Some colors are in stock, while others are available with a 90-day delivery time. The BALLOON collection is available by special order only with a 12-16 week delivery time. For more details, SEE PRODUCT FEATURES above or contact one of our consultants.

To preserve the beauty of your product, mild soap and water are sufficient. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the shine. Avoid using detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning sprays, as well as abrasive powders and pads that could scratch the seat. Be mindful of chemicals and cosmetics that could also damage the finish.

The duration of the warranty is 2 years from the invoice or receipt date of the purchase or, it applicable, the delivery not if its date were after of the aforementioned documents. If the product was a display or demonstration model for the retailer the warranty will only be applicable for one year.

SIMAS guarantees its products and components against any manufacturing defect, provided that they have been correctly installed (in compliance with the standard in force and the instructions indicated for their assembly, maintenance and conservation) and that they have been used correctly and as their design intended.

The following is excluded from this WARRANTY:

-Damage resulting from transport.
-Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed by staff not authorized by SIMAS, as well as damage due to natural wear, poor trearment, and use and maintenance which is incorrect, unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to that indicated in the relevant instructions.
-Damage caused by dirt, limescale and other physical, chemical or electrochemical defects.
-Damage, or loss sustained in any natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, electrical storm, etc.
-Damage which, viewed objectively, cannot be attributed to the manufacturer
Consumable articles (rubber elements, gaskets, etc:) are not covered by this warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.

Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions above. The terms and conditions of this Policy are subject to change without notice.
