To maintain the beauty of your product, daily cleaning is recommended with a non-abrasive cleaner and warm water, followed by a rinse with clean water. Use a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Always clean with circular motions applying light pressure on the surface of the sink.

Chrome finishes, PVD coatings, black elements, and functional components have a lifetime warranty. Other finishes and plastic components have a one-year warranty. Electrical and/or electronic parts are guaranteed for 5 years. These warranties are valid only if the installation is carried out by a certified master plumber.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Costs incurred to access the faucet.

Installation and uninstallation charges.

Normal wear and tear of components.

Items not installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and in accordance with current regulations, codes, and laws governing plumbing installation.

Any issues resulting from inadequate maintenance or the use of inappropriate cleaning products. Do not use acidic detergents, abrasive sponges, metal pads, alcohol-based cleaners, disinfectants, or other solvents.

Any damage caused by hard water, limescale deposits, or sediment.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
