Products should be cleaned only with a soft, non-abrasive cloth dampened with clean water or a mild dish soap mixed with lukewarm water. Wipe dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or waxes, as they will damage the protective finish and void the warranty. Do not allow water or soap residue to remain on the product, as chemicals or minerals may damage the protective coating and erode the finish over time.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

This product is offered with a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, which constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser. This warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and is valid only for normal residential use, provided the product remains installed in the original dwelling.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the manufacturer. Electronic components are covered by a limited two (2)-year warranty from the date of purchase.

At its sole discretion, the manufacturer may repair, replace, or refund the defective product. No other obligation, liability, or compensation shall be assumed or implied.
The maximum liability of the manufacturer, supplier, and retailer is expressly limited to the original purchase price of the product, excluding all taxes, installation, or related service costs.

❌ The warranty expressly excludes, without limitation:

Labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, or adjustment
Transportation, handling, or shipping costs
Normal wear and tear, variations in color or finish, oxidation, corrosion, and natural patina
Any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use, non-compliant installation, improper maintenance, modifications, negligence, accidents, or commercial use

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
