Warranty

Royo offers a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use, care and maintenance of the product(s). The warranty applies only when the product is purchased from an authorized Royo dealer. It is not transferable and is limited to products sold and installed in Canada. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS • Damage caused by inadequate installation, misuse, lack of care and maintenance of the product(s). • Surface damage caused from using abrasive products, such as detergents. • Damage caused by hard water, calcareous deposits or sediments. • Damage or loss occurred by a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, electrical storm. • Any labor or shipping charges, or damages whatsoever incurred in whole or in part from installation, removal, re-installation, repair or replacement of any Royo product or part, as well as any incidental or consequential damages, expenses, losses, direct or indirect, arising from any cause whatsoever. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS To exercise our warranty, a proof of purchase – such as a copy of invoice - must be made available to our distribution center.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
