Warranty

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, for any questions or clarifications. We are here for you, ready to provide all the assistance you need.

For maintaining your shower, avoid abrasive products and sharp tools on metal and glass surfaces. Gentle cleaning with water and a mild detergent will keep your shower looking new. After each use, a squeegee can help keep glass panels clean. Simple and effective!

Zitta offers a 20-year warranty on acrylic bathtubs and showers. The system and components have a 3-year warranty. ADA and/or commercial products are warranted for 1 year. Shower doors come with a 10-year warranty. Casters and paints have a lifetime warranty. Silk stone/solid surface has a 5-year warranty, and Silk cast/cast iron has a 25-year warranty. ZittaClean is guaranteed for 10 years. Accessories, drains, and niches have a 5-year warranty. Shower columns have a 10-year warranty, and electronic components are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
