1. Promotion Duration
The Annual Sale is valid from September 17 to October 4, 2026, inclusively.
2. Applicable Locations and Offers
Discounts from participating suppliers are available at the Mascouche branch, the Sainte-Rose store, and on the online store at plomberiemascouche.ca, for eligible products.
The Large Liquidation, offering up to 80% off selected products in containers, is available exclusively at the Mascouche branch.
3. Large Liquidation in Containers
The following conditions apply:
· selected products and in stock only;
· limited quantities, while supplies last;
· first come, first served;
· no reservations or layaways possible;
· pay and take away;
· delivery offered at an additional cost, depending on products and service areas.
Products are sold as is. Some may be demonstrators, open box items, end-of-line products, discontinued items, customer returns, or have minor imperfections.
The customer must inspect the merchandise and check its condition, model, dimensions, finish, and included parts before leaving.
4. Participating Suppliers and Taxes Paid
Each supplier may have its own eligible products, exclusions, and conditions.
Products included in the promotion are clearly identified by the mention "taxes paid" in-store and on the online store.
The "taxes paid" discount corresponds to a 13.02% reduction applied before taxes, allowing for a total amount equivalent to the product price before taxes.
5. Online Purchases and Inventory Availability
For online purchases, items are reserved upon payment confirmation.
Despite all our efforts to keep inventory up to date, it may exceptionally happen that a purchased product is no longer available. In this situation, our team will contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours, and the order will be canceled and fully refunded. No additional compensation will be offered, subject to rights provided by law.

6. General Conditions
· All prices are in Canadian dollars before taxes.
· Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise indicated.
· No price adjustments will be granted on purchases made before the start of the promotion.
· Available products and quantities may vary between branches and the online store.
· Plomberie Mascouche's regular terms of sale apply to all transactions.
· Applicable legal warranties remain in effect.
· Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to modify or terminate a promotion without notice for transactions that have not yet been concluded, subject to applicable laws.
· Despite all efforts to ensure the accuracy of information, errors in pricing, description, or conditions may occur. Any error will be corrected in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec. When necessary, our team will contact the customer before proceeding with the order.
