1.Promotion Period

Valid from February 27 to March 15 inclusive.

2.Applicable Locations and Channels

Offers are valid:

• In-store: Mascouche and Ste-Rose locations

• Online store

3.Partners and Specific Conditions

Promotions offered by participating partners apply under the following conditions:

• Tenzo: On all products, including items already on promotion

• House of Rohl: On all products, items already on promotion (excluding Riobel Pro)

• Rubi: On all products, including items already on promotion

• Ad Waters (distributed manufacturers): On regularly priced products only

• Essentia O: On in-stock products only

• Broan: On in-stock products only

• Technoform Walls: On in-stock products only

• Emtek: On regularly priced products only

4.Clearance and End-of-Line Products

• Available online and at the Mascouche location only.

• Inventory is updated regularly; however, an item may sell out after purchase.

• In such cases, no compensation will be offered: the order will be canceled and fully refunded without penalty.

• These products are available while quantities last and cannot be reordered once sold out.

5.Availability and Inventory

• No inventory is guaranteed in-store.

• No in-store reservations are permitted (“first come, first served”).

• Online orders are reserved once payment is confirmed.

• In the event of an online inventory error, Plomberie Mascouche will cancel and refund the order without penalty.

• Customers may verify real-time availability through the live chat service.

6.Exclusions and General Conditions

• Promotions do not apply to special orders.

• Plomberie Mascouche’s regular terms of sale apply to all transactions.

• The “Taxes Paid” discount corresponds to a 13.02% reduction applied before taxes. This calculation offsets applicable taxes, resulting in a total amount equivalent to the product price before taxes.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars.

7.Delivery

• The $79 delivery promotion is available only within the designated delivery area indicated on the “Pickup and Delivery” page.

• Products must be delivered within 30 days following the confirmation call. After this period, discounts and promotions will no longer be valid.

• Plomberie Mascouche is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

8.Reservations of Rights

• Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions without prior notice.

• In the event of an error in pricing, description, or promotional conditions, Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to correct or cancel the transaction.
