Maintenance

For maintaining your shower, avoid abrasive products and sharp tools on metal and glass surfaces. Gentle cleaning with water and a mild detergent will keep your shower looking new. After each use, a squeegee can help keep glass panels clean. Simple and effective!

Warranty

GUARANTEE Kalia warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty may vary depending on the type of product. The warranty period for products installed in a commercial application is 1 year from the original date of purchase. Kalia will, at its discretion, repair or replace parts or products found to be defective for normal domestic use for which they were designed. Kalia is not responsible for any labor costs or any other costs related to the installation of a product, its repair or replacement, as well as for any damage or incident, expense, direct or indirect loss.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, for any questions or clarifications. This product is on sale to clear our inventory, but it is still possible to order it at the regular price if necessary. Our in-stock items, available at our Mascouche location, are ready to go until they are gone due to their excellent value! Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
