Stainless steel kitchen sinks are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The same limited lifetime warranty applies to vitreous china bathroom sinks. Kitchen and bathroom faucets, including ceramic disc cartridges and components such as springs, hoses, hand showers, finishes, and others are also covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Shower systems, including the valve, pressure balance and thermostatic cartridges, and components like springs, hoses, hand showers, slide bars, showerheads, spouts, finishes, and others, are likewise provided with a limited lifetime warranty. Accessories are also included in this limited lifetime warranty, whether they are kitchen accessories like strainers, drain fittings, bottom grids, soap dispensers, deck plates, and others, or bathroom accessories, including click-clack drains, drain plugs, soap dispensers, deck plates, shower extensions, and other accessories. Finally, finishes such as chrome, PVD, electroplated, and powder-coated are guaranteed for a limited lifetime as well.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders of $300 or more. As soon as your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
