Our products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects. This warranty is void if the installation is not compliant. Shades, color variations, and finish of the tiles may differ from the sample. The retailer must inspect, or have the customer inspect, the tiles before installation, as installation signifies acceptance of the goods received. Our warranty does not cover labor costs, replacement expenses, shipping losses, or any other damage resulting from product replacement. Our liability is limited to refunding the value of the products if they are found to be defective. No claim can be made if some or all of the tiles have been installed.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
