Franke Home Solutions Warranty Effective October 1, 2023 In the United States, Canada, and Latin America, Franke warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from Franke or an authorized Franke retailer in accordance with the specific product warranties detailed herein (individually a “Warranty” and collectively the “Warranties”). Products must be properly installed as directed by the company, in their original installation, and used indoors in normal residential kitchen applications. Any modification or alteration of a product or component from its original function voids the warranty. Franke warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable. These warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized retailers, to expired or discontinued products, or to products previously used in displays. Problems with installed products are considered warranty claims and are not covered by the return policy. Franke Residential Stainless Steel, Granite, and Fireclay Sink Limited Lifetime Warranty: Franke warrants each Franke sink against defects in materials and workmanship for the sink's intended life when used indoors in standard residential applications. The warranty applies to sinks installed in their original installation according to Franke installation guidelines, in residential applications with conventional or solid surface countertops. For surface-coated sinks (i.e., Franke Mythos Masterpiece sinks), Franke warrants each sink to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Franke Residential Disposal Limited Warranty: Franke warrants the disposers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years up to the useful life (Limited Lifetime Warranty), as stated in the annual product catalogs and/or instructions accompanying the products. Franke Residential Faucets Limited Lifetime Warranty: Franke warrants the mechanical components (body, handle, and spout) of all faucets purchased after January 1, 2003, against defects in materials and workmanship for the estimated lifetime of the faucet. Franke shall not be liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear of the faucet's wear parts. The estimated useful life of wear parts is: one (1) year for the aerator and O-rings; five (5) years for the cartridge, hose, and electrical components; and ten (10) years for the spray head. Wear parts may be purchased as replacement parts from Franke or its authorized retailers. Franke warrants the chrome finishes of Franke faucets against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the faucet and other Franke faucet finishes against manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Faucets purchased before 2003 are covered by the warranty in effect at the time of purchase. Limited Warranty on Franke Residential Filtration Faucets: Franke warrants the mechanical components of filter faucets, filter containers, filters and filtered water temperature modification devices, heating tanks and coolers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year to ten (10) years, as detailed in the annual product catalogs and/or instructions accompanying the products. Limited Warranty on Franke Residential Soap Dispensers: Franke warrants Franke soap dispensers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to the use of harsh soaps or chemicals. Franke Residential Accessories Limited Warranty: Franke warrants Franke accessories including, but not limited to, bottom racks, shelves, drains, colanders, chopping boards, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
