Guarantee If, within thirty (30) days of the shipment date of your order, a product is found to be defective, please contact your retailer immediately. Please DO NOT return the product without first contacting us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RGA) number and return instructions. Items must be returned in packaging comparable to the manufacturer's original packaging. Replacement items can only be sent to or picked up at the original "ship to" address. If you choose to return the defective item rather than replace it, we will apply a 15% restocking fee and your initial shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All transactions must be made under the original purchase order. This can only be done during the product's warranty period. We will notify you of our decision when we respond to your request. Product Warranty The seller offers a warranty for products that have been installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided with the product. The warranty duration varies depending on the product. Proof of purchase must be provided with the claim. The warranty begins 30 days after the invoice date.
