Shower doors come with a 10-year warranty. Casters and paints have a lifetime warranty. Silk stone/solid surface has a 5-year warranty, and Silk cast/cast iron has a 25-year warranty. ZittaClean is guaranteed for 10 years. Accessories, drains, and niches have a 5-year warranty. Shower columns have a 10-year warranty, and electronic components are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
