MURALUXE guarantees its products against any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions. Our
architectural panels are guaranteed for ten (10) years against manufacturing defects or material-related issues, as well as against discoloration
and yellowing caused by UV rays for the same period.

At its discretion, MURALUXE will repair or replace products found to be defective. However, MURALUXE shall not be liable for labor costs or any
other costs related to the installation, repair, or replacement of a product, nor for any damage or incident, expense, direct or indirect loss.

**Warranty Exclusions**

These warranties expressly exclude:
- Before installing the product, the installer or the responsible contractor must inspect the product to ensure it is neither defective nor damaged. If
a problem is found, the installation should not proceed. Any installed panel showing a defect will not be covered by the warranty. Additionally, any
issue resulting from an installation where the protective film was omitted behind the panel will not be covered.
- Wear of the protective layer (alteration of gloss, chipping, stains, etc.) resulting from excessive cleaning.
- Any damage related to maintenance that does not conform to MURALUXE's recommendations.
- Scratches to the protective layer that reach the printed image.
- Breaks or damage caused by fault, negligence, abuse, improper use, poor maintenance, alterations, or modifications of the product, as well as
damage resulting from corrosion, fire, flood, natural disasters, or any other fortuitous event.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.

Plomberie Mascouche reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions above. The terms and conditions of this Policy are subject to change without notice.
