Maintenance

To preserve the beauty of your product, avoid using abrasive powders, scouring pads, petroleum distillates, and other strong solvents. Clean regularly with a mild dish soap or a specific detergent for acrylics, diluted in water. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area before applying them to the entire surface. For cleaning, use a melamine foam sponge (magic eraser).

Warranty

The warranty covers various products for specific periods. Tanks and faucets have a 1-year warranty. Shower and bathtub surrounds made of polystyrene are guaranteed for 3 years, as are shower sets with polypropylene bases and polystyrene walls. Shower sets with acrylic bases and walls, as well as acrylic bathtub and shower walls, have a 10-year warranty. For skirted and drop-in bathtubs made of acrylic, the warranty is 5 years, while freestanding acrylic bathtubs are warranted for 10 years. The warranty for acrylic bases and shower doors is also 10 years. Decorative panels and tiles are also guaranteed for a period of 10 years.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.
