Warranty

For the maintenance of your fan and to ensure its efficiency, regularly remove the protective grille and wash it with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry it with a cloth. Avoid using boiling water or strong detergents. Vacuum the dust and dirt from the fan housing and dry the fan body with a cloth or paper towel before replacing the grille. Regular cleaning helps to prevent the build-up of dust, mold, and grease.

Important Conditions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover consumable parts (such as filters and light bulbs), normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or inadequate maintenance.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is valid for residential use only. Broan reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.

Warranty Service

A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty terms may vary depending on the model.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.


All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
