This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Warranty

Larger or delicate items are delivered through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. A detailed explanation of our delivery process can be found on our Pickup & Delivery page.

For any questions or clarifications, please feel free to chat online with our customer service team, available from Tuesday to Saturday. We are here for you, ready to provide all the assistance you may need!

To preserve the beauty of your product, mild soap and water are sufficient. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the shine. Avoid using detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning sprays, as well as abrasive powders and pads that could scratch the seat. Be mindful of chemicals and cosmetics that could also damage the finish.

This toilet comes with a lifetime warranty on the porcelain for as long as the initial residential owner possesses the appliance, a five (5) year warranty for mechanical parts, a one-year warranty for electrical parts if they are included with the appliance, and a one-year warranty for the toilet seat if it is included with the toilet, starting from the initial date of purchase.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

Paint is final sale.


All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
