Warranty

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders of $300 or more. As soon as your order is ready in our warehouse, it will be carefully prepared for delivery. You can find more details about our delivery process on this page. Additionally, our customer service team is at your disposal for any questions, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. To maintain the beauty of your product, it should be cleaned using a mild soap, rinsed with clear water, and then dried with a soft cloth. Important: Do not use any abrasive, caustic, or acidic cleaners (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always rinse and/or clean the faucets immediately after using any cleaner on adjacent surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. The mist from these cleaning products can damage the finish of your faucets.

GUARANTEE

Kalia warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty may vary depending on the type of product. The warranty period for products installed in a commercial application is 1 year from the original date of purchase.

Kalia will, at its discretion, repair or replace parts or products found to be defective for normal domestic use for which they were designed.

Kalia is not responsible for any labor costs or any other costs related to the installation of a product, its repair or replacement, as well as for any damage or incident, expense, direct or indirect loss.

Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
