Maintenance

To keep your product shining, regular maintenance is key. Clean it with a mild soap and warm water, then dry it to avoid any mineral deposit stains. For routine cleaning, opt for a non-abrasive sponge and a gentle cleanser. In case of limescale deposits, a solution of warm water and vinegar will do the trick; remember to rinse afterward. Definitely avoid steel wool pads, pure bleach, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals, and do not leave metal objects or wet sponges in the sink to preserve its impeccable finish.

Warranty

Laufen provides a five-year warranty for its ceramic products and bathtubs, and a one-year warranty for bathroom furniture and accessories, against material or workmanship defects from the date of original purchase. Components such as bolts and flush mechanisms are also covered for one year. To be eligible, the product must be correctly installed and used according to its intended purpose. This warranty does not apply to damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect installation. In case of a defect, Laufen may repair or replace the product, or provide a suitable adjustment. The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and excludes installation costs and damages due to chemical use.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. This product is on sale to clear our inventory, but it is still possible to order it at the regular price if necessary. Our in-stock items, available at our Mascouche location, are ready to go until they are gone due to their excellent value! Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
