    Maintenance

    This product, selected for its excellence, will be specially ordered for you directly from our supplier, as it is not usually kept in stock. Don't hesitate to chat online with our customer service team Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm. We are here for you, ready to answer all your questions!

    Warranty

    Larger or delicate items are delivered through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. A detailed explanation of our delivery process can be found on our Pickup & Delivery page.

    To keep your product shining, regular maintenance is key. Clean it with a mild soap and warm water, then dry it to avoid any mineral deposit stains. For routine cleaning, opt for a non-abrasive sponge and a gentle cleanser. In case of limescale deposits, a solution of warm water and vinegar will do the trick; remember to rinse afterward. Definitely avoid steel wool pads, pure bleach, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals, and do not leave metal objects or wet sponges in the sink to preserve its impeccable finish.

    25-Year Residential Warranty: ENGLISHCAST™ products are warranted for 25 years for residential use.

    Basins & Accessories – 5-Year Warranty: The basin stands and bath accessories are warranted for a period of 5 years.

    Have you changed your mind? We take back free of charge to our Mascouche branch all products held in inventory within 90 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

    The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

    Paint is final sale.


    All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

    A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

    We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

    Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

    Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
