Maintenance

To keep your product shining, regular maintenance is key. Clean it with a mild soap and warm water, then dry it to avoid any mineral deposit stains. For routine cleaning, opt for a non-abrasive sponge and a gentle cleanser. In case of limescale deposits, a solution of warm water and vinegar will do the trick; remember to rinse afterward. Definitely avoid steel wool pads, pure bleach, strong solvents, and other harsh chemicals, and do not leave metal objects or wet sponges in the sink to preserve its impeccable finish.

Warranty

A limited 5-year warranty is offered on various products, including shower columns and components such as shower bars and accessories like soap holders, hand showers, shower heads, hoses, and connection elbows. This warranty also covers mirrors, including LED-equipped ones, and bathroom furniture like vanities, with a focus on door hinges and drawer slides. Stainless steel niches, shower doors, kitchen faucets with finishes in chrome, matte black PVD, gold PVD, or stainless PVD, and bathroom faucets with finishes in chrome, matte black PVD, brushed nickel PVD, gold PVD, or matte white are also covered. Moreover, toilets, washbasins, and toilet seats are included in this 5-year warranty. Additionally, a limited lifetime warranty is provided for bathtubs, cartridges, mixers, shut-off valves, stainless steel built-in shower drains, washbasin drains, and stainless steel sinks.

For larger or more delicate items, delivery is provided through our home delivery service. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our Mascouche branch. Delivery will be scheduled as soon as the order is complete in our warehouse. All the details of our delivery process are meticulously explained on this page. The merchandise must not have been installed or used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without perforation, tearing or writing.

All sales are final for custom toilets, toilet seats and shower doors.

A 30% fee is retained for products ordered especially for you.

We cannot refund or cancel the order of a custom product.

Check the material before installing it as errors may occur at the factory or during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after installation.

Our liability is limited to reimbursement of the value of the equipment if it is established that it is defective. Damaged goods must be reported with photos within 48 hours to service.client@plomberielpm.ca. Variations in tones, graining and calibrations are normal phenomena.
